so my dad made me go for this test thing at the gym where they test your body mass and all. so the result is i dont have to lose any weight-.- wth the machine spoil ar.im like so ...... yeah so my trainer says i have to eat more carbohydrates.and my dad was like SEE so now hes gonna stuff me even more. urghhh sigh
